VELÜR is a Dark Synthwave Pop & Rock Music DUO from Germany. The trademark of VELÜR is the double-neck guitar, the eye-catching appearance, the haunting lyrics and the mesmerizing voice of singer. They are also preparing the release of their second album, in which their music is enriched with powerful guitar riffs that add depth and energy to the compositions. Valerie and Alex, the members of VELÜR, have been working tirelessly over the last time to redefine their musical identity. They are moving away from synthwave, immersing themselves in the powerful and raw sound of dark synth rock, which is their former frontier. Not only the music, but also the visual style of the duo has changed radically. The synthwave helmet is taken off, VELÜR presents a new look - sober, dark, with a contrasting black and pink. Black symbolizes heaviness and sadness, and pink symbolizes love and tenderness. The group was founded in 2021 by singer and songwriter Valerie and sound producer and multi-instrumentalist Alex.
