QVIT

«QVIT» is a poetic-musical project led by Anna Mrachkovska, who is both the performer and producer of the project “QVIT.” This project was born in early 2024 in Berlin. Anna Mrachkovska was born in 2002 in Ukraine. She studied acting at the Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television. Throughout her life, she has explored various art forms as a way to express her worldview. In 2022, she moved to Berlin. She studied acting at the Universität der Künste, where she acquired a basic foundation in music—skills that laid the groundwork for her creative path. From there, she began to independently study musical structure and felt compelled to create her first experimental album, armed with only a synthesizer, microphone, a small Akai controller, a million books, and the melodies playing in her mind. In her debut album «Interstices of Consciousness», QVIT presents material based on texts by Ukrainian authors, incorporating elements of jazz, indie, and electronic sound. «Interstices of Consciousness» - is a reflection on urbanism, nostalgia, the exploration of love, longing for a childhood home, the discovery of a soul-connected land, and the kind of fateful encounters that often come at a cost. The project “QVIT” is something you can hear, but not easily comprehend with the mind. That’s why we ask only that you feel—and don’t be afraid to do so.
