Lisova and Silent Thirst is an electronic duo from Kyiv, Ukraine. Vira (Lisova) and Oleg (Silent Thirst) met at an international festival of contemporary art and cinema GOGOLFEST in 2014, and it took another three years before they started making music together. The duo debuted in 2019 with the album Exhausted. After that, musicians put their activities on pause. Oleg was working on a solo project, while Vira released her debut EP as a guitarist and singer of the Ukrainian dream pop girl band Milktuth. In 2021 duo started working on a new release. Every week musicians would meet at Oleg’s home studio, a safe place where they talked about everything under the sun for hours, coming up with ideas for future tracks. Oleg is behind the production, while guitars and vocals are Vira’s domain. The arrangement and the sound concept are the results of collaborative work.
