Knifeman

We are KNIFEMAN, a hardcore/punk band from Kharkiv, eastern Ukraine. The project began as a one-man effort with the demo “Self-Made Trap,” and in 2016 it evolved into a full live band. Since then, the lineup has remained stable. We have played numerous shows across Ukraine and toured Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Baltic countries, and Romania. Our early releases, including the EP “ÖZMEIN,” were later compiled into an LP released by Pandora Records. Over the years, we’ve shared the stage with bands such as Sheer Terror, Extreme Noise Terror, Nine Eleven, and many others. After releasing the EP “My World,” we continued writing and performing, steadily shaping our sound. New Record — “It’s Good to Be Scum” Recorded between 2022–2025 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, “It’s Good to Be Scum” blends despair in the face of inevitable death with sharp irony toward global injustice. All lyrics are written in Ukrainian, capturing the raw intensity and absurdity of living on the edge.
