МАТАХ

Matax is a solo project of Ando Berberian who is considered as one of the most promising music producers of Ukraine and Armenia. He is known for creating a unique sound for Samuum and is warmly mentioned by Clash Magazine, Headliner US, Kaltblut, DIY London, and Loud & Quiet Mag. In his "Matax" incarnation, Ando Berberian goes to intimate topics of his childhood and relations with his two homelands (Armenia and Ukraine). This artistic journey is reflected in the sound of Matax which is made on the clash of oriental music tradition, and western noise-rock. "Matax is a gothic chapel for a confession of Mid-Eastern man" - that's how Ando feels and describes the core of his Matax project.
