Alexei Basarab is Ukrainian-born, Singer-Songwriter since his teen years. Written nearly 200 songs. After living in the USA for over 21 years, re-established his residence in Ukraine. Serving as volunteer military (singing) chaplain for Ukrainian Armed Forces. Songs released previously in 2023 and 2024, like "Mom, Sleep!" and "I Live and My Song Lives" (in Ukrainian, <a href="spotify:track:1Krop1qPx6MMt3PF2kkvTM" data-name="Мамо, спи!">Мамо, спи!</a> and <a href="spotify:track:1Xi1uvUV1gPKyOOYOWeqtO" data-name="Я Живу і Моя Пісня Живе">Я Живу і Моя Пісня Живе</a> ) have truly become the Ukraine Frontline hits, inspiring soldiers to fight for their Motherland freedom and independence from evil Russia's influence. The first 2025 released song, <a href="spotify:track:5fjYDmp5YoQ2JViFU1tnSV" data-name="Не Забувай">Не Забувай</a> (meaning, "Do not Forget") is speaking to all Ukrainians who left their motherland and are living elsewhere, pleading, "Do not Forget your beautiful Mother Ukraine and the heavy price that is being paid for it's victory over the ruzzian evil!" Alexei released two more Ukrainian songs recently: <a href="spotify:track:6P4SDCuCxKd7gKvc5JgyDH" data-name="Був День І Була Ніч">Був День І Була Ніч</a>, about the resilience, spirituality, patriotism and romantism of Ukrainians through the ages and <a href="spotify:track:1pRwE7wpXdGoHoIALqhFK2" data-name="Я Вдома">Я Вдома</a> - a song about the survival in Russian captivity and returning home.
