Hey, it’s Maria, Ukrainian singer and songwriter based now in Montreal, QC, Canada. I’m a passionate musician, carrying the Masters in choir conducting, performing on stage all my life. In 2000s I won several local musical competitions in vocals and music theory in Ukraine. In the beginning of 2023 I started to concentrate on my original music, trying out ambient pop style. My original music shows Ukrainian roots, but has some small oriental highlight too. Few years of living in Middle East show their impact. But basically I have passion to classical and alternative rock - listen to my cover of “The Sound Of Silence”. My single "Something new" is rock-infulenced music. There are few the most famous hits of musicals among my releases: classically educated, I couldn’t resist recording my favourites. In my performances, except original music, I arrange the most famous rock and pop hits to chill and sensual versions. Stay tuned with my upcoming releases and live performances!
