Ukrainian-born, Berlin based, justcallmesergio (Serhiy) takes inspiration in the origins of house of the 90s. His journey in music production started in 2020, when he self-released his first track <a href="spotify:album:6WcidmKZpOyHsZZ0rFHRcO" data-name="Madre Monster">Madre Monster</a>. Since then it’s been getting only busier as he also started playing as a DJ, joining forces with other fellow Ukrainians at Vechornytsi crew parties throughout Berlin, casadephunk crew residency, as well as making mixes for Tempelhof and Gasoline radio stations. While fast, groovy, hard house, and dub techno are his favorites for sure, Serhiy loves to play some disco house as well. When asked about his biggest inspirations in electronic music, Serhiy named Nicolas Jaar, Jamie xx, Kerri Chandler and Paul Johnson as those who shaped his music taste over the past decade the most. His most critically acclaimed track, <a href="spotify:track:41VKzcx9CnY5BCVwEuU8nh" data-name="Make U Sweat">Make U Sweat</a>, came out as a part of his first LP '1989' and found love online and on Berlin's dancefloors.
