Ambiotik

Ambiotik is a musical and therapeutic ambient project by musician and composer Aleksandr Sky. The idea of the Ambiotik project was born in March 2022 to help IDPs and severely wounded soldiers cope with anxiety and stress. Aleksandr's experience as a psychologist and musical knowledge allowed him to create a rehabilitation program that helps relieve stress and mental tension. Specially constructed music is a catalyst for rehabilitation and the main non-medicinal tool for therapeutic influence on a person's condition, and a voice with instructions helps in the process of recovery and relaxation. Currently, Ambiotik conducts both live group and individual sessions, as well as online streams, which allow everyone to immerse themselves in the process of mental recovery and harmonization.
