Service description
Muzazaa is an independent catalog of the Ukrainian music scene. Canonical data about artists, albums, and tracks comes from the Spotify Web API; MusicBrainz and Genius add context.
We provide the service 'as is' and may change or suspend its features.
Acceptable use
Use Muzazaa lawfully and in good faith. You may not scrape the site, bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service for others.
Your submissions
Registered users may suggest artists and other content. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to display it in the catalog.
All submissions are moderated; we may reject or remove content at our discretion.
Intellectual property and attribution
Cover art and metadata belong to their rights holders and are shown via Spotify. MusicBrainz data is provided under CC0.
The Muzazaa interface uses the Onest typeface under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. Muzazaa is not responsible for the accuracy of data sourced from third parties or for outages of third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved under applicable Ukrainian law.
